One-to-One Advisory and Leadership Support:
Mission: Integrating the science of health with the strategy of leadership for a life of impact.
Lindsay provides a confidential, non-clinical partnership for senior leaders navigating significant responsibility and sustained demand. The work integrates insights from executive health, applied neuroscience, behavioral science, and leadership advising to support performance, decision-making, and well-being.
Physiology, stress patterns, and behavioral tendencies can shape how leaders think, respond, and perform, often outside conscious awareness. Through a deeper understanding of these patterns, leaders can engage more intentionally with the challenges and complexities they face.
Services include Focused Alignment Sessions, Strategic Alignment Visits, and a limited number of Longitudinal Advisory Partnerships.
Advisory Focus: This work sits at the intersection of executive health, leadership, behavioral science, and applied neuroscience, exploring the often-overlooked relationship between physiology, behavior, and performance.
Decision Clarity
Understanding how behavioral drivers, cognitive patterns, and physiological responses influence decision-making, particularly under pressure.
Leadership Presence
Exploring how physiological states influence presence, communication, composure, and effectiveness in high-stakes interactions.
Resilience Under Pressure
Identifying recurring patterns that emerge during challenge, uncertainty, and adversity, and developing greater adaptability in response to sustained demands.
Sustainable Performance

Physiological Capacity
Examining the relationship between energy, recovery, stress physiology, and the capacity to sustain performance over time.
Note: While informed by Lindsay's background in executive health and medicine, this work is non-clinical and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients maintain their own healthcare providers for all medical care.
