Interactive Leadership Learning Sessions
Leadership is often discussed in terms of strategy, skill, and behavior. Less attention is given to the underlying physiological patterns that shape how leaders think, decide, communicate, and perform under pressure.
These interactive, in-person learning sessions explore the protective patterns that can emerge in leaders and how they may influence leadership presence, decision-making, capacity under pressure, and performance over time.
Drawing on Lindsay's background as an Executive Health physician and Executive Performance Advisor, the sessions integrate physiology, applied neuroscience, behavioral science, and leadership through a combination of teaching, reflection, and discussion.
Sessions are available in multiple formats, with longer sessions providing greater opportunity for reflection, discussion, and deeper exploration of the topics introduced.
These sessions are designed for leadership teams, executive groups, and organizations interested in a deeper understanding of the human factors that influence leadership, decision-making, and performance under pressure.
